IT Delivery Management Lead Specialist

Purpose of Job

Jobholders at this level are experienced professionals capable of conducting work with general directions. They are primarily concerned with developing solutions to challenges which require some analysis to understand and resolve, and addressing issues escalated from junior levels.

They undertake complex operational activities including the review and assessment of new business and change requests and accordingly provide recommendations on change requests acceptance and rejection. Develop demand planning based on priorities and urgent needs ensuring compliance with IT requirements, strategy and enterprise architecture. Review demand management KPIs for tracking purposes and for performance monitoring and accordingly develop relevant reports with recommendations for improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research and benchmark on demand management new trends and best practices, capture current ZATCA demand management practices and guidelines, and accordingly develop the new demand management framework and guidelines
• Collect all inputs related to demand management processes and activities, and review them to identify challenges, and participate in the development of ZATCA demand management processes in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
• Receive new business and change requests required from IT & Digitization, manage the requests towards ZATCA strategy and towards the IT strategy ensuring efficient planning and prioritization to achieve optimal usage of the ZATCA technology resources and deliver maximum business benefit
• Document and analyse all business and technical requirements, determine structured and high-quality demand’s scope and specification, and develop proper estimation and scheduling of the implementation
• Determine KPIs for Demand Management as well as dashboards, develop regular reports to measure the actual demand performance, track the progress of change requests and projects, and provide periodical reports with recommendations to all stakeholders

Qualifications and job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
