Privatization Director

JOB PURPOSE:

The job holder is responsible for managing Privatization Management function to monitor expenditures as per set budget, avoid overruns and deficits.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Contribute to the development of Privatization Management business plan ensuring alignment with ZATCA strategy
  • Develop the operational plan for Privatization Management in line with Finance & Investment Management business plan and Finance and Administration strategic plan
  • Implement plans and provide input to enable achievement of Privatization Management goals that support ZATCA’s overall strategic plans
  • Manage the preparation and implementation of the privatization plan at the ZATCA according to current opportunities, and update the plan based on evolving project priorities, in collaboration with the National Center for Privatization.
  • Develop and issue tender documents to appoint consultants for project studies, manage the evaluation process until award, and coordinate with relevant teams. Ensure timely delivery of outputs, set project schedules, and collaborate with the ZATCA project management office and the National Center for Privatization.
  • Prepare and review all needs assessments, local content requirements, and project documents for approval by relevant authorities.
  • Prepare and review tender documents with relevant agencies, obtain approvals, issue the tender, and coordinate with investors on inquiries, site visits, and meetings.
  • Manage investor proposals, oversee technical and financial evaluations, finalize the award with negotiations, and supervise the contractor's work and payments according to the contract.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent 
• 8 years of relevant experience, with a preferred 3 years of experience in managerial level
