Availability and Sharing Data Senior Specialist

Purpose of Job

Position holders at this level perform their work with minimal supervision, working within guidelines and procedures to prepare more complex, specialized, or unplanned reports relevant to their area of ​​work. Their importance lies in their contribution to the achievement of operational goals and objectives within their assigned functional area. Their operational activities include conducting an assessment to identify needs and challenges, supporting the development of a plan to improve data access and sharing for the Authority, developing awareness programs, and monitoring the implementation of data access and sharing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the open data and data sharing program.
• Prepare a roadmap for implementing these programs, including identifying the Authority's requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to define frameworks and procedures for data integration and sharing, and enhance connectivity with external entities.

• Documenting Freedom of Information request records and ensuring the publication of the requested information.
• Coordinating with relevant departments to define frameworks and procedures for data integration and sharing, and enhancing links with external parties.

• Train less experienced employees in various job activities to ensure knowledge transfer, where appropriate.
• Provide clear directions, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of subordinates/less experienced employees.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent (required).

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in the field
