Cloud Computing Center Of Excellence Director

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for driving the strategic direction and implementation of cloud initiatives across the organization. This role involves establishing best practices, governance, and frameworks to maximize the benefits of cloud technologies while ensuring compliance and security standards are met. collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the adoption and integration of cloud solutions that align with business objectives

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to the development of IT Planning and Management business plan ensuring alignment with ZATCA strategy
• Develop the operational plan for Cloud Computing in line with IT Planning and Management business plan and IT & Digitization strategic plan
• Implement plans and provide input to enable achievement of Cloud Computing goals that support ZATCA’s overall strategic plans
• Discuss Cloud Computing budgeting requirements with top management and provide input to the budgeting process
• Ensure effective utilization of Cloud Computing budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered
• Define ZATCA IT & Digitization services offerings to enable business users' operational needs ensuring continuous maintenance and updates
• Develop ZATCA IT & Digitization service catalog in cooperation with business users and relevant IT functions and stakeholders
• Investigate and propose implementing initiatives that result in positive financial impact for Cloud Computing and mitigates financial and operational risks
• Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent
• Guide, mentor and support direct reports in order to execute duties according to set policies and processes
• Oversee the development of Cloud Computing CoE  portfolio assuring the fulfillment of business requirements and customer needs
• Establish and lead the Cloud Computing Center of Excellence, including defining its vision, mission, and objectives.

•  Design and enforce cloud governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
