Purpose of Job
Job Responsibilities
Financial Execution
• Collect settlements court hearing records and classify and categorize them in accordance with their implementation urgency and relevance
• Arrange meetings with key tax and customs stakeholders as per their request to provide clearance for the execution of court orders
• Monitor the execution/implementation of court orders and, when necessary, flag any arising discrepancies
• Draft reports highlighting implementation progress as well as issues to be addressed and resolved
Procedural Execution
• Monitor the execution/implementation of legal policies and processes, when necessary, flag any arising discrepancies
• Draft reports highlighting policy/process implementation progress as well as issues to be addressed and resolved
• Schedule meetings with Human Resources to explore tactics for teaching key personnel in the event that policies and procedures are poorly executed
Organization and Operations
• Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner
• Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly
• Perform other duties as requested
People Management
• Train junior staff on the different job activities to ensure transfer of know-how, when applicable
• Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of subordinates/ junior staff
• Support junior staff or direct reports in order to execute their duties according to set policies and processes

Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or equivalent is required
Experience
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
