Purpose of Job
Job Resposiblites
Strategy and Planning
• Contribute to the development of ZATCA Academy business plan ensuring alignment with ZATCA strategy
• Develop the operational plan for Graduate and Interns Training in line with ZATCA Academy business plan and Human capital strategic plan
• Implement plans and provide input to enable achievement of Graduate and Interns Training goals that support ZATCA’s overall strategic plans
Budget Management
• Discuss Graduate and Interns Training budgeting requirements with top management and provide input to the budgeting process
• Ensure effective utilization of Graduate and Interns Training budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered
• Investigate and propose implementing initiatives that result in positive financial impact for Graduate and Interns Training and mitigates financial and operational risks
Program Planning, Calendar, Design, Development, and Implementation
• Review and approve design of graduate and intern program cycles including “Binaa Alkafaat”, “Ameen”, “COOP”, and “Tamheer” to ensure it answers graduate and intern aspirations
• Ensure plans for graduate and intern programs cover all necessary details within the period that graduates, and interns are spending at ZATCA
• Ensure trainees as well as departments and other stakeholders are updated with details on joining date, rotation plans… to avoid any disruptions and to secure proper preparation for the programs
• Ensure graduates and interns are interviewed and well onboarded to familiarize them with ZATCA values, projects, departments, and managers with whom they will spend the training period
• Oversee program implementation to ensure all milestones are covered as planned
• Follow up trainees’ support with any technical or administrative inquiries to ensure a positive experience
• Review final report detailing the flow of the process as well as trainees’ reports that evaluate the program(s) and enact modifications for better graduate and intern experience
• Attend graduation ceremony to announce the end of the programs and to further enhance the image of ZATCA
• Ensure record and report management for all trainees
Scholarships
• Review and approve forms, templates, and launch awareness campaign to communicate the scholarships program to all employees to update them of all requirements to apply and other necessary details
• Approve plan for program to define milestones, budgets, number of expected applicants and other details that serve as a blueprint to follow upon execution
• Ensure all departments and concerned stakeholders’ readiness to receive accepted applicants without disruption of operations
• Direct building long terms and positive partnerships with vendors to manage the program efficiently
• Oversee program implementation to ensure all milestones and objectives are well covered and fulfilled
• Review program report to identify chances for improvement and to enact changes to program as necessary

Eductaion
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent is required
• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred
Experience
An optimal of 8 years of relevant experience, with a preferred 3 years of experience in managerial level
