JOB PURPOSE:
The job holder is responsible for ensuring that onboarding process including document collection and validation as well as new hire acquaintance with ZATCA values are perfectly completed and implemented, and that reports are prepared to keep vacancies updated for decision making.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the development of Talent Acquisition business plan ensuring alignment with ZATCA strategy
- Develop the operational plan for Hiring and Onboarding in line with Talent Acquisition business plan and Human Capital strategic plan
- Implement plans and provide input to enable achievement of Hiring and Onboarding goals that support ZATCA’s overall strategic plans
- Discuss Hiring and Onboarding budgeting requirements with top management and provide input to the budgeting process
- Ensure effective utilization of Hiring and Onboarding budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered
- Investigate and propose implementing initiatives that result in positive financial impact for Hiring and Onboarding and mitigates financial and operational risks
- Ensure documents of successful applicants are fully collected including background checks, and security clearance to allow stepping forward with the process
- Ensure job offers are negotiated to mutually beneficial agreement, employment papers and contracts are finalized and signed
- Ensure onboarding procedures are completed as per set standards (medical check-up, send resignation requests to successful candidates, open IT, desk, and security requests…)
- Ensure candidates needs and queries are met, expectations, roles and responsibilities are clarified, onboarding guidelines, and employee handbook are prepared for successful onboarding
- Ensure that new hires are made aware of ZATCA's values, cultures, and projects, among other things
- Review surveys and reports related to the hiring and onboarding processes, and enact areas of improvement
- Check database of filled and pending vacancies to take measures as needed
- Review and approve vendor contracts, terms of work and settlement of installments to maintain good reputation and relations with key recruiters
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- An optimal of 8 years of relevant experience, with a preferred 3 years of experience in managerial level
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent is required
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred
