Purpose of Job

Jobholders at this level are responsible for leading work activities and working autonomously with minor direction towards predetermined long-term objectives.
Jobholders might act as internal consultants and facilitators through providing guidance to deliver and perform operational activities.
Their main operational role includes providing expert support during the development of ZATCA IT Infrastructure and networks delivery guidelines, and standards. Supervise the development of the IT infrastructure and networks project /installation plans. Provide support to the delivery of IT Infrastructure and networks projects. Provide recommendations and corrective actions to the testing activities related to Infrastructure and networks. Review and validate the documentation of IT infrastructure and networks implementation.

IT Infrastructure and Networks Delivery and Testing Lead Specialist    Jobholders at this level are experienced professionals capable of conducting work with general directions. They are primarily concerned with developing solutions to challenges which require some analysis to understand and resolve, and addressing issues escalated from junior levels. 
They undertake complex operational activities including the support in developing ZATCA IT Infrastructure and networks delivery guidelines, and standards. Develop the IT infrastructure & networks project /installation plans. Follow-up on the delivery of IT Infrastructure and networks projects. Perform testing activities related to Infrastructure and networks components & capability and provide needed recommendations. Track IT infrastructure and networks projects and recommend actions to be taken. Supervise the documentation of IT infrastructure and networks projects and updates.

IT Infrastructure and Networks Delivery and Testing Senior Specialist    Jobholders at this level are capable of operating with minimal supervision. They work within guidelines and procedures in order to prepare more complex, specialized or ad-hoc reports in their related field. They contribute to the completion of milestones or operational targets within the assigned functional area.
They undertake operational activities including the contributing in the development of IT infrastructure & networks guidelines and project plans. Assist in the delivery of IT infrastructure and networks projects and component installations. Assist in IT testing activities related to IT infrastructure and networks. Document all the information of IT infrastructure and networks projects in cooperation with vendors and related functions.

IT Infrastructure and Networks Delivery and Testing Specialist    

Jobholders at this level carry out specific tasks independently but are subject to close supervision. They research, collect and analyse information, draft reports and documents, participate in specific meetings and develop their own professional expertise.
They undertake simple operational activities including collecting the needed inputs to develop ZATCA IT Infrastructure and Networks delivery guidelines, and standards. Gather requirements from all stakeholders to feed the development of IT infrastructure and networks project plans. Prepare all inputs to deliver IT infrastructure and networks projects and components installations. Participate in the documentation of IT infrastructure and networks projects in cooperation with vendors and related functions.

Communication and Contacs

Education

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required 
•  Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
