Purpose of Job

The job holder is responsible for monitoring and reporting IT Operations activities, performance and services to ensure compliance with set policies and standards and to improve the quality and efficiency of IT services within business operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning  

•    Implement and ensure the achievement of ZATCA's strategy, aspirations IT Operations Performance and Reporting specific objectives
•    Provide input to identify IT Operations Performance and Reporting required projects to meet future demands
•    Implement plans and provide input to enable achievement of IT Operations Performance and Reporting goals that support ZATCA’s overall strategic plans

Budget Management  

•    Participate in IT Operations Performance and Reporting annual budgeting cycle and process
•    Manage IT Operations Performance and Reporting efficiently and within budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered

IT Operations Performance and Reporting  

•    Ensure the identification of key result areas, key performance indicators in addition to performance targets and competencies to measure the performance of IT operations activities and services
•    Establish the monitoring system that provides regular and timely feedback on the performance of IT operations services and activities
•    Provide learning and development interventions not limited to training in order to enhance IT operations performance
•    Review monitoring report on IT operations performance, objectively evaluate performance against set KPIs and targets using needed tools such as scorecards, and accordingly recommend needed improvements
•    Develop periodical customer / end users’ satisfaction surveys and provide detailed analysis and possible actions for enhancement

People Management  

•    Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent
•    Guide, mentor and support direct reports in order to execute duties according to set policies and processes
•    Perform on-the-job training for direct reports and provide feedback

Communication and Contacs

Education

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required 
•  Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred

Experience

An optimal of 7 years of relevant experience, with a preferred 2 years of experience in managerial level
