Purpose of Job
Job Responsibilities
Performance Analytics Planning
• Research and keep abreast of international best practices to identify latest trends, methods and approaches used to analyses strategic and nonstrategic (Operational)
• organizational performance
• Develop an organizational performance management framework to monitor and track strategy implementation and associated key performance indicators (KPIs) against set targets
• Define ZATCA’s organizational strategic and operational KPIs dashboard to evaluate the achievement of current ZATCA strategy
• Communicate ZATCA’s KPIs dashboard with Business Intelligence to handle the implementation and oversee KPIs’ measurements and results
Organizational Performance Analysis
• Collect and validate data from concerned internal functions for the enablement of performance analytics
• Review the integration points with data warehouse and tableau
• Analyze issues faced by each function and challenges in achieving the targets and objectives
• Analyse underperformed function/ organizational strategic and operational KPIs
• Analyze organizational performance and impact of strategic plans and initiatives and update stakeholders with dashboards
• Evaluate completeness of plans, initiatives, deadlines and deliverables
• Follow-up on financial metrics such as profit, revenue, cash flow to support in measuring financial performance
• Analyze ZATCA annual performance and highlight issues faced in order to make adjustments and develop tactics to the next year strategic plan
• Handling workshops or meetings with the BoD, Ministry of Finance and relevant stakeholders in order to discuss ZATCA’s strategy’s performance and results, recommend remedial actions and agree on improvement priorities
Organization and Operations
• Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner
• Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly
• Perform other duties as requested
People Management
• Train junior staff on the different job activities to ensure transfer of know-how, when applicable
• Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of subordinates/ junior staff
• Support junior staff or direct reports in order to execute their duties according to set policies and processes

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or equivalent is required
• Master’s degree in related field is preferred
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
