Purpose of Job

Leads high-level strategic analysis and development, ensuring alignment with the Authority's mission and vision. This role involves crafting innovative strategies with the Board of Directors and the Governor, setting strategic priorities, and developing ZATCA's long-term strategic initiatives and comprehensive plans.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Authority's mission and vision, articulating how strategic plans support the organization's operating model.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and the Governor, to gather critical input and insights for setting strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to ensure alignment with the Authority's mission.
  • Conduct detailed internal and external analyses to evaluate current trends, opportunities, and challenges, using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Perform competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends and benchmark best practices.
  • Develop scenario planning and forecasting models to anticipate future conditions and strategic needs.
  • Formulate ZATCA's long-term strategy and strategic initiatives based on a thorough assessment of internal capabilities and external opportunities.
  • Develop strategic plans that outline detailed projects, budgets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and required stakeholders, ensuring they meet institutional needs and align with the operational model design.
  • Establish a strategic roadmap that includes timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Education

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent is required 
•  Master’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred
•  PMP Certificate, or equivalent is preferred

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
