Purpose of Job
Job Responsibilities
• Receive raised issues from internal stakeholders regarding Housing Complexes furniture to proceed with needed actions accordingly
• Review and study received requests ensuring a clear understanding and abidance to set standards to secure adequate solution raising it to related stakeholders
• Monitor furniture arrival ensuring compliance with agreement’s terms regarding conditions and within the budget and monitor proper distribution to the appropriate functional level
• Handle tagging process of acquired furniture for future reference
• Conduct audit on furniture conditions and assess accordingly furniture compliance with set requirements to identify and escalate non-conformities or assets underperformance
• Prepare asset performance reports covering related financial indicators, asset valuation and positioning to keep track of asset status at Housing Complexes
• Develop and update continuously asset registry database regarding assets acquisition or decommissioning cases at Housing Complexes to keep un updated record of current assets status
• Evaluate performance of external vendors to identify any misalignments with contract agreements and keep performance records for future projects
• Receive developed projects briefs to form clear understanding of project’s scope of work and execution plan
• Review renovation material and equipment needed for projects implementation and issue approval/denial ensuring materials alignment with specifications
• Conduct inspections to monitor renovation activities ensuring compliance with set plan highlighting detected issues and discrepancies and recommend needed corrective actions
• Follow-up on corrective actions implementation ensuring timely, efficient resolution and within allocated budget
• Develop renovation activities reports consolidating project progress and highlighting faced issues
• Evaluate performance of external vendors to identify any misalignments with contract agreements and keep performance records for future projects
• Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner
• Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly
• Perform other duties as requested
• Train junior staff on the different job activities to ensure transfer of know-how, when applicable
• Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of subordinates/ junior staff
• Support junior staff or direct reports in order to execute their duties according to set policies and processes

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent is required
Experience
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
